Tim is an inspiration, its all the little things he talks about that he takes for granted, like how to make students feel safe, take risks, try new things, ways to ask questions in different ways like to knock on desk when they know the answers and raise hands when they don’t, I wish I had a video of him teaching for a day so I can watch and learn all the little tricks and habits he’s developed. This was the most useful math pro d that I have ever been to.

 

This was a great presentation. I wish we could have had an entire day or two to really get into ALL the topics that were mentioned. Honestly, this is probably the best Math Pro-D I've ever attended!!! THANK YOU!
